Shipping & Delivery

Domestic orders:

All packages to the United States will ship via USPS (First Class) within 1 to 3 business days of purchase.

International orders:

Please reach out to get a personalized international shipping quote, depending on your order weight and size. Note some packages will require custom fees which will be a customer's responsibility.

Taxes & Duties:

DEAREST does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.

If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are not included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.

Tracking Your Order:

When you purchase an individual card or up to 3 individual cards, they will be shipped in a 6”x9” envelope using USPS First Class Mail, which does not offer tracking.

All other packages will have USPS tracking. Once your purchase is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. 

Damaged Packages:

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse the delivery. Please notify us if you have refused a package.
