New art studio

Ok, so I have been preparing a little surprise for you! I have some very exciting news to share - I have taken quite a big step to elevate my painting pursuits, and…
I have my own artist studio now!
A space completely dedicated to my creative practice! Celebrate (virtually) with me!
My new art studio is located in the Goldmark Cultural Center - a studio and gallery space in Dallas, TX, filled with the workshops of around 100 artists, ceramicists, and other creators.
The Goldmark has several galleries on site and regularly holds art exhibitions.

It is a beautiful space flooded with the warmth of natural light.

To have a space entirely dedicated to art practice is so rejuvenating. In the studio, I take time to sink into the work, tune out distractions, and just pour my little soul out on the canvas.

The vibe is a blend of bohemian, nostalgic, and earthy. It’s a place full of inspiration. Usually, while I paint, there is music gently playing in the background - either jazz or classical most of the time..

The atelier (everything sounds better in French, doesn’t it??) is a deeply personal space and a reflection of me.

Since moving in I have been settling in and making the studio my very special space. I am filling it with objects that bring me inspiration and with meaningful decor and fabrics.
Slowly, I have been decorating with favorite things - books, vases with dried flowers, organic objects, and pottery - all things that hold meaning for me.

There is no computer or any screens in my art studio.
But there are lots of dried flowers, natural textures, and candle light. I intentionally focus on creating art and on nurturing inspiration, so I created a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere.

Take a look at some photos of the studio. I hope to be able to give you a more detailed studio tour soon!

You are welcome to come for a studio visit! If you live locally in Dallas or the DFW Texas area, I would be delighted to invite to to my studio for a private visit (of course, while observing COVID safety measures and by appointment only)!
